We are a 3-generation family, and the house was perfect. It is very spacious with excellent facilities and a private garden. The children enjoyed the trampoline and we all relaxed in the swim spa. This property has been well thought out for guests of all ages it is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely with play equipment for the children and a lovely swimming pool/hot tub, which was really warm all the time and maintained daily. We had a chef come in and cook for us he was recommended by Loretta the owner of the property and his food was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this property it truly is a wonderful place to stay.

My family and I spent a wonderful four days at this beautiful, spectacularly clean, spacious home. The hosts Loretta and Matt went above and beyond to accommodate our family and were very quick to respond to our requests when we needed help. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around, they even provided us with food essentials and snacks upon arrival which was such a lovely thought. The heated hydro pool was amazing, the kids had the best time in it. There are many local beauty sports to visit yet we were reluctant to leave the house which was so well equipped for everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend quality time with family and would love to book again ourselves in the near future!

Beautiful house, plenty for adults and children to do. Brilliant location with Bournemouth and Poole close by. The plunge pool was used by everyone and we managed to use the bbq as the weather was mild for November. My 1 year old granddaughter loved the little play kitchen and the cinema room was a huge hit. The house is modern, very high tech, spotlessly clean and the little touches Loretta adds makes it a truly luxury stay. Any time I had a question Loretta responded within minutes. This was the perfect house for our party of 8 adults and 5 children to spend a great 4 days. The hot tub/pool was a hit with everyone and the trampoline and play areas entertained all the children while we were home. Great location to explore both Poole and Bournemouth. The property was an excellent base for a multi-generational holiday in Dorset. All of the rooms were of good size, just as shown on the website, so the eleven on us never felt cramped. The spa pool was a treat for all of us, as was the cinema room, and the children really enjoyed the garden and play area. The host was really helpful and very quick to respond to queries. An excellent first VRBO experience.

A lovely house which has a very high specification. The highlight is the open plan and modern nature of the house, with large bi-fold doors connecting the back garden with the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room. Easy access to large hot tub/ trampoline/ climbing frame was ideal having 4 kids. Sky / Netflix was available in Lounge/ Media Room/ Master Bedroom. Loretta was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend. The best rental we have stayed in in the UK.

Loretta and her husband's home was absolutely breath-taking! Literally better than the pictures. It was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend to unwind and de-stress. Despite us having 13 members in our group, there so much space in the rooms and two great communal areas (cinema room and kitchen/ lounge area) for when the group wanted to spend time together. Loretta was SO lovely, patient and helpful in answering all my questions. Her and her husband were the perfect hosts. The hydropool was so relaxing and great after a long day of walking from the beautiful scenic areas nearby e.g. Durdledoor (40 mins) and Bournemouth (30 mins). Everything was clean and I genuinely have no complaints. We really appreciated the small touches like food items from her on arrival, her providing recommendations of what to do in the area and the beautiful interior design in the home. The bathrooms were so clean with amazing waterfall showers. The cupboards are also stocked with nearly everything you would need so they have really have thought of everything. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Loretta. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely perfect for a couple of nights in for 10. The house was spotless, a fully stocked kitchen including condiments (salt, pepper, oil etc). House was beautifully decorated to a really high quality. High spec gadgets which were also easy to use. Not forgetting the hot tub, a nice touch on such an amazing house. My only regret is not booking for longer!!! We will be back next year hopefully!

This is a lovely clean and spacious new home. Which is even nicer when you get there.
Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pool and garden was very much used by the children who loved it, as did we all.
The house is in a nice quiet road with small shops and supermarket near by. We visited Monkey world which was only 25 mins away and had a great day with the children. We also went to Abbotsbury to the Swan Sanctuary and Gardens, which had Alison in Wonderland sculptures for the children to find. Its a great area for days out and wish we could have stayed longer.
We would definitely like to go back and hopefully this house would be available. Loretta is an excellent host and has all the boxes ticked, well done.

We had a fantastic week staying in Loretta’s fabulous home. The photographs don’t do it justice! Spacious, luxurious and incredibly clean.
Loretta was very responsive to any queries we had both prior to and during our stay, and the amenities were superb.
The children loved the cinema room and the sleeping accommodation was more than we could have hoped for.
Our two toddlers slept well and our 12 year old loved sleeping in the ground floor bedroom with its own en-suite.
The garden was great for the kids too - the trampoline and garden gym were perfect for all of them to have fun and blow off steam.
We went on various day trips in different parts of Dorset and always looked forward to getting back “home” afterwards.
We would recommend this house to anyone and hope to visit again in the future.

Wow. Me & my family have just stayed here (early September 2021) and we absolutely loved it. We stayed for 5 days to have a little family break and it was everything we hoped for. Loretta is such a fantastic host, she kept regular contact in the lead up and even checked in on us after our first night. She met us on arrival to give us the keys and show us how everything worked then swiftly left us to get settled in. The house is just incredible, matches the pictures 100%, very clean and cosy. We cooked, used the BBQ, got a takeaway and ate out during our visit, all were great and easy to do. 10/10 recommend. Our favourite part was probably the jaccuzi pool, we used it every day!! If you're thinking about booking, stop thinking and book now!

My 9 friends and I had the pleasure of staying in Loretta’s place. Upon arrival, we were shocked at how amazing/modern/beautiful/clean the house was! They really have thought of everything: from leaving a basket of microwave popcorn in the cinema room, to giving us two bottles of wine when we arrived, to the information book with absolutely everything you would need to know! The book included how to work the hob and oven etc, local places to visit and everything else! Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were provided, as were towels. Great location: an Asda about a 10 minute drive away where we did all our shopping, a 15 minute drive from the Quays and a 25 minute drive away from Sandbanks. Loretta checked in via text over the weekend making sure we were okay/if we needed anything. She also took us round the house when we arrived to show us how to use everything (it’s very high tec!!!) There is Sky Q in every room, along with BT sports in the cinema room. The BBQ was a lovely addition which we utilised one evening. Very child friendly: outside trampoline and climbing frames. Overall, very easy check in & check out, lovely hospitable host and great location. Amazing value for money too!!!!! Would most definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Loretta!!!!
